Misted glass? Sticking mechanism? We fix UPVC faults.
Faulty multipoint gearboxes replaced

It is a common fault for the door lock and/ or gearbox to break. More often than not, it is when the door is shut and will completely stop the door from opening or locking. We can provide all makes of locks and gearboxes to carry out all door lock replacements/ door lock installations.

Some of the most common makes are: Mila, GU, Lockmaster, Yale, maco and many more.

We supply and fit all gearboxes (the mechanism that goes behind your door handle and lock) or full locks (the locking strip that runs the length of the door including the gearbox)

We do repairs on all uPVC windows and doors from : Broken hinges (window or doors, gaps and drafts, new handles, windows/ doors that wont open or close, door handle not lifting up properly (having to really lift the handle to get it to lock) and so much more

Foggy or Misty double glazed unit

Misted or foggy glass occurs when the glass unit fails (the seal between the two pieces of glass fails). There are ways to repair this but it does involve drilling the holes in the window and plugging them back up again, which makes the glass less efficient. We can replace the unit at a low cost.
